How Long Till Alexandre Pato Is Playing In The Premier League?
The phenomenon that is Alexandre Pato has been lighting up Serie A for almost two years and speculation grows as to whether his future lies in the peninsula.

Nicknamed ‘The Duck’, which is the literal translation of “Pato” from Portuguese. He first came to prominence during his time with Internacional in Brazil, making his debut at the tender age of 17; contributing 6 goals in only 10 matches he caught the eye of many European scouts. But it was AC Milan who secured his signature for £12 million; looking back it was a bargain.
He has even caught the eye of Sky Sports pundit and footballing legend, Jamie Redknapp, after the Champions League game on 22nd October 2009, Mr Redknapp said,
“Pato has the ability to be a class player.”
That is praise you cannot buy. His 15 goals in Serie A during last season must have had an impact on the former Spurs midfielder.
Famed for his ‘heart’ celebration, he dedicates every goal to childhood sweetheart and fiancée Sthefany Brito.
He has pace, power, can dribble and possesses a shot Steven Gerrard would be proud of, comfortable on the right of a front three, he has been called Milan’s Lionel Messi, but to his credit he is not too shabby as a lone front man.
In recent weeks he has been linked with a number of clubs but the most likely destination looks to be Chelsea, due to the link with former AC Milan manger Carlo Ancelotti at the helm.
The figures banded around are astronomical, think £45 million! Former teammate and teammate to be David Beckham has reserved special praise for Pato,
“I have never seen a player go past opponents with the ease that he does. And he’s a goal scorer as well. If you want an idea of what he’s like, well he has the pace of Theo Walcott and the finishing skills of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer which, obviously, makes him very, very special.”
If Roman Abramovich has is way then Pato will be in the Premier League in January, would he be a success? Judge for yourself.

Won’t happen with all the Sergio Aguero talk going on right now at the Bridge. When he hits 100 million then Milan will sell him. Come back in a couple of years.
Aah yes, the British media and its belief that Serie A is merely a feeder league to the oh-so-great-and-mighty EPL.
How long till Fernando Torres plays in the Serie A?
The British media are so up their own arse that they semi-annually try to link De Rossi and Chiellini with Arsenal of all places! LOLOLOL Now it’s just a matter of time before who in the EPL is leaving for Serie A.
Simply put, Brazilians and Italians don’t mix in the English Game. And why would you trade in a monster lifestyle in Italy with that rain pit known as the British Isles.
I hoppe this rumour come to be true, come on Mr. roman, make a dela with him

Pato has a contract until 2014 with Milan and looks like he’s going nowhere.
