How Did Wayne Bridge Pull This Pert Little Pop Star?

After last year’s - love/handshake saga , which ended in the one thing that everyone wanted (Bridge retiring from international football), comes the latest in ’s outstanding and over-achieving love life.  According to the Daily Mail, Bridge has done it again.

The best acquisition so far of this January , and by quite some way, Bridge has reportedly hooked up with star, the stunning .  But how has he managed this?

For the first time the former and left-back has actually performed on a Saturday, and by all accounts he appears to have done a very good job.  The former S Club Junior is reportedly smitten with the star, and all I can say is fair play to you Wayne.  For once, you have impressed me.

Bridge has recently gone to this January and have a nightmare start, but who cares?  He’s done all the moving he needs for now.

Pardew To Ask Fatty For £5M To Secure City’s England International

’s new manager is said to be deep in discussions for a surprise January loan deal to bring flying winger to St James’ Park. The international has seen his first team opportunities dwindle under current boss , to the extent that he has only started 2 games this season.

Wright-Phillips, 29, who rejoined the Citizens in 2008 to gain more first team football after a 3 year stint in the Capital with , where he also found opportunities limited under .

The 36 cap international has allegedly been told he can leave Eastland’s in January and if a suitable offer comes in for his services then City wont stand in his way. He has been attracting massive interest from and .

City though would prefer a permanent deal in an attempt to recoup some of the £8.5 million paid to Chelsea.

Hodgson Targets £5M Champions League Winger Marty McFly

It appears now that are getting desperate.  Recent rumours suggest that they are monitoring the progress of Swiss midfielder .

The player, a hot prospect who can play on the wing or down the middle, has been tracked by for some time now, perhaps showing the measures that the Liverpool manager is willing to go to, to change his current squad.

Stocker himself is one of the mainstays of the Basel team, has experience and close to 100 International caps, but is he the sort of player that Liverpool need to rejuvenate their season?  Is he all they can afford?  Has Hodgson finally lost the plot?

Or has he pulled a Wenger-like masterstroke an unearthed a gem?

If he has, it will cost him and the board £5 million.
