Wigan’s Victor Moses is the next target for the Chelsea revolution and after seeing their intial bid rejected Chelsea are ready to up the ante.

Chelsea originally offered Wigan £3.5m for Moses who’s contract expires next summer but Dave Whelan was unimpressed with the offer and rejected it out right telling Chelsea to make a serious offer.

Wigan rate the 21-year-old winger at £10m as they claim his potential and youth make him a more valuable asset to the club than Charles N’Zogbia was who Wigan recieved £9.5m for from Aston Villa last summer.

Moses has stated his desire to leave Wigan and would welcome a move to the European Champions but with Moses former club Crystal Palace due to recieve 20% of any transfer fee Wigan are holding out for a larger fee which it seems Chelsea feel the £10m asking price is more than fair.

Moses is comfortable playing on either wing or just off the front man and netted six times for Wigan last season and impressed many pundits with his performances in Wigan’s survival bid.

You’re an idiot. Both players shouldn’t be joining Chelsea. Both are overrated.
