Radamel Falcao is the hottest property in football at the minute and information on where he might end up is more sought after at the Football Transfer Tavern than the two for one beer/burger deals after the Colombian netted five on the weekend against Deportivo La Coruna and today a further development has arisen.

Falcao’s agent is non other than Jorge Mendes – who is also agent and advisor to half of the Real Madrid squad, not to mention a huge friend and agent of Jose Mourinho himself, and Mendez took the VI Sports Gala put on by AS as an opportunity to speak with Los Blancos president Florentino Perez and disclosed that the strikers future is not at Atletico and he is “almost dressed in white.”

Of course any club would covet the forward, but due to the pact of non-aggression between the capital’s top clubs, it seemed that Falaco would be making the move to the Premier League, yet the player himself has given Real a boost by revealing that “I really like it here. The fact that we speak the same language has helped a lot. The Spanish, like Latinos, are very happy and I feel really grateful to be living here.”

With Real Madrid trailing Barcelona by 11 points our punters feel that something is not right with the club this season and the arrival of Falcao may fire them to success in Europe.
