benitez.jpgIt doesn’t seem that long ago that Chelsea took on Manchester United at Stamford Bridge knowing that a win would send them 10 points clear at the top of the Premier League table.

Fast forward three months, Roberto Di Matteo has been replaced by the unpopular Rafael Benitez, and the European champions are struggling to sustain their position in the Premier League’s top four.

It has been an alarming turn of events at Stamford Bridge, which has left the majority of fans disillusioned and counting the days until the start of next season.

It is hard to pinpoint exactly where the problems lie, but one thing is for certain – Roman Abramovich and the clubs supporters will demand a change sooner rather than later.
