brendan_2448807bLiverpool fans are not happy with the current topic of conversation inside the Football Transfer Tavern, and understandably so.

The thought of losing top goalscorer Luis Suarez is enough to make any Reds supporter feel physically sick, and whilst the Uruguayan has stated he is happy at Anfield, Pep Guardiola has reportedly made him his number one target for his new club Bayern Munich in the summer, which has led to us speculating over possible replacements.

Suarez has been in sensational form this season, already bagging 23 goals in all competitions. He has carried the club for the first half of the season, playing as Brendan Rodgers only fit and available senior striker, and has looked just as menacing if not more so since the arrival of strike partner Daniel Sturridge in January.

Replacing Suarez would be close to impossible for Brendan Rodgers, but he may have to try nevertheless. Here are a look at five potential replacements, IF, Guardiola were to come calling.
