The Mirror that QPR striker Loic Remy has issued a come and get me plea to Arsenal as he looks to negotiate a way out of Loftus Road this summer.
As we all know by now, the French international has a £6 million release clause in his contract alerting a whole cost of clubs including Liverpool, Tottenham and Arsenal but it is the latter of the three that really appeals to Remy.
The 26-year-old has reportedly told friends that a move to the Emirates Stadium is what he is really pining for and with the Gunners lacking a number of out and out strikers, Arsene Wenger may be willing to consider this cut price option, although it is understood he is going to pull out the stops to sign top target Stevan Jovetic from Fiorentina.
It remains to be seen whether Arsenal will retain the services of Lukas Podolski and Gervinho who were yesterday linked with switched to Turkish giants Galatasaray. If any of those players move on, there may well be a place in the Gunners ranks for Remy.
