Is He Worth £75,000 pwk To Brendan Rodgers? That’s The Question

With Liverpool football club in a striking crisis, Theo Walcott has emerged as one of the players that could become one Brendan Rodgers savior,  as he looks to ease  pressure off  Uruguayan center-forward Luis Suarez. But could he be the ideal signing that Brendan needs? I will suggest some pro’s and con’s to such a move.

I think one of the pro’s of signing  a player like Walcott would be the amount of pace he would bring to the side. Apart from Sterling and Suarez there doesn’t seem to much speed in the Liverpool team to be able to attack teams on the break like they used to. Which is why I think Brendan Rodgers has been looking for player like him to add that dimension to the team.

One of the con’s of putting faith in a player like Walcott  is that he has never really lived up the hype since joining Arsenal from Southampton in 2006. Wenger has mainly resorted to playing him on the wing,  which could be one of the many reasons why he’s never reached his full potential. However if Liverpool think it will be an easy task to revert him back to his natural postion, they could be scorely mistaken. After spending 6-years learning his trade at Arsenal I’m not sure he would be able to establish himself as the player that Rodgers wants.

However if he managed to convert him, I reckon that he could provide the pace  that has been missing since the likes of Torres and  Owen played at Anfield. At 23 the player still has got time learn, however I do think that it would be a bit of gamble especially seen as though the player rumoured to be holding out for more than the 75, 000 a week deal he’s getting at the Emirates.

No player is bigger than their club. However if they got him for the price mentioned then I think that he could be worth a gamble. I would say however that I believe their to be a lot of better talents abroad for a little bit more than Walcott is rumoured to be going for. But that’s obviously just my opinion.

Yes you said something but there is question mark on, last week they Liverpool Authority cording to one of them stated they are not more interested of signing Walcot theo.therefore i don`t know whether you received another info in respect of them signing during winter transfer January in the season, before than did you hear from a reliable mouth that the are going to signing above mentioned and went is that. The ARSENAL club still have talk with Theo Walcot agent or his representative at moment also i think they arrive at point and the club will resign him for another couple of years.

You say that but what would have happened if Rodgers acknowledged his interest? He would have to deal with another scandal like the one he made with Dempsey and Alan. I think maybe he’s learnt from them mistakes.
