It seems like the deals will never end today here at the Football Transfer Tavern and according to Sky Sports we have just confirmed another one. Liverpool youngster Daniel Pacheco has left on loan for the rest of the season.
The 22-year-old has thus far struggled to establish himself in Brendan Rodgers side and was keen to leave in order to participate in first team football elsewhere. This of course is not his first experience out on loan – he has previously spent time at Rayo Vallecano making eleven appearances and also Norwich City where he netted twice in six appearances for the Canaries. This time the player is set for another spell in Spain – in the Segunda division with SD Huesca. The struggling side are in a relegation scrap and are fighting for their lives currently sat in 19th place in the league.
Pacheco has made 17 appearances for Liverpool since arriving in 2007 from that little known Spanish club – Barcelona. This term he has only made three senior appearances – once in the Europa League and twice in the Capital One Cup.
For Huesca it was vital to secure Pacheco’s services after selling both forward Sergio Diaz and highly rated midfielder David Vasquez.
