**According to *itasportpress.it*, Chelsea’s Yuri Zhirkov is set for the exit door at Stamford Bridge, the left-sided player is being chased by four of Russian football’s top sides.**

The three Moscow based outfits, Dinamo, CSKA, and Spartak as well as heavily backed Rubin Kazan are all keen to lure Zhirkov back to his homeland after a disappointing time in England.

Bought for £18m in the summer of 2009, becoming the most expensive Russian footballer of all time in the process. The former CSKA Moscow star initially struggled with a knee-injury, before finding himself behind the likes of Ashley Cole and Florent Malouda in Carlo Ancelotti’s plans.

The 27 year-old has previously expressed his willingness to leave Chelsea in order to secure first team football. With his contract due to expire next summer, it is believed a bid of around £12m will be enough to land the Russian international.
