# 4-3-3: This Liverpool XI will brush aside Hull City easily at Anfield on Saturday

**It’s been a very exciting start to the season for our resident Liverpool fans here in the Transfer Tavern and, naturally, they’re dreaming of the title.**

Whether or not that comes to pass remains to be seen but you cannot doubt that the way Liverpool have been playing in the big games at least, has made a number of people re-evaluate where they could be heading under Jurgen Klopp this season.

It is, though, the fact they’ve still got that inconsistency against the so-called smaller sides in the division that could put any brakes on a title surge, and one such game awaits the Reds this weekend at Anfield.

Hull travel to Anfield fresh from a pasting against Arsenal but aside from that have looked fairly decent and will aim to derail the Liverpool train on Saturday.

Our landlord thinks, however, the Reds are still going to claim the victory, particularly if they go for this line-up…

### Loris Karius

The German is surely going to replace Simon Mignolet who is still flapping and could make his league debut this weekend.

### Nathaniel Clyne

Clyne is always going to start when he’s fit and will against Hull.

### Dejan Lovren

Lovren scored in the game against Chelsea and a finish like that would be more than welcome again this weekend.

### Joel Matip

Matip is looking pretty solid and another good showing here could bode well for the Reds.

### James Milner

Milner is looking pretty decent in that left-back position and should start here once again against the Tigers.

### Adam Lallana

Lallana is key in how Liverpool play so has to start.

### Jordan Henderson

The captain’s thunderbolt will have raised his confidence no end so another good performance is expected.

### Georginio Wijnaldum

The former Newcastle man put in his best performance against Chelsea and so now more will be expected from him.

### Philippe Coutinho

Coutinho has the ability to win games by himself and the Reds may need him against a stubborn Hull.

### Roberto Firmino

Firmino missed out on the Chelsea performance but should be back and fresh for this one.

### Daniel Sturridge

An attack spearheaded by Daniel Sturridge always has the potential to score goals and that’s what Liverpool need to employ to beat Hull.
