The Ivorian is a firm favourite amongst Newcastle supporters, however he has been linked with a move away consistently over the past few transfer windows.
With the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham, Manchester United and Liverpool all on the hunt for a new defensive midfielder in the summer, Newcastle may well find it increasingly difficult to hang onto one of their main men – especially when Tiote can argue he has shown them loyalty when other club’s have shown an interest over the past few years.
