Loyal to Manchester United
Having played amateur football in the city, Rashford naturally caught the eye of United’s city rivals Manchester City too.
City actually made an attempt to poach the striker from United, such were his performances in the Under-18’s for the Red Devils.
Rashford rejected the approach and instead knuckled down with a keen focus on reaching the first-team squad at Old Trafford.
The 18-year-old has always been a keen follower of Manchester United and it was his childhood dream to represent the club he supported.
