New Manchester United academy directory Nicky Butt is a massive fan of the striker and has backed him for a bright future.
Given that Butt came through one of, if not the greatest youth team of all time, that is high praise indeed, for an 18-year-old.
Butt has managed the youngster back during his days in charge of the Under-18 and Under-21 teams and fancies Rashford to succeed at Old Trafford.
He said in the Metro: Marcus is explosive; he’s a very talented boy but a good, hard worker as well.
“He’s a good lad to have in your team because he puts a shift in for the team. He’s explosive and he scores goals.”
