# Wolves: Fans want to see Adama Traore start after the international break

**[Wolves](https://www.footballtransfertavern.com/premier-league/wolves/) supporters have been pleading with manager Nuno Espirito Santo to start Adama [Traore](https://www.footballtransfertavern.com/tag/adama-traore/) following the conclusion of the international break.**

The 24-year-old has not seen much action during the 2020/21 campaign despite playing a huge part last season in both the league and in the Europa League (via [Whoscored](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/140088/History/Adama-Traor%C3%A9)).

Traore, who recently picked up his first [three](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/adama-traore/nationalmannschaft/spieler/204103/verein_id/3375) caps for Spain, has only started three games in the Premier League this season with Wolves sitting in ninth place, having scored just eight goals (via [BBC Sport](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/table)).

The Spaniard’s improvement as a player was hailed by former Arsenal defender Martin Keown, who described him as the “Lewis Hamilton” of football after he was “like a learner driving a Ferrari” (via [talkSPORT](https://talksport.com/football/660133/adama-traore-ferrari-lewis-hamilton-arsenal-martin-keown-wolves/)).

With this in mind, supporters were keen to see Traore get more minutes in the gold and black shirt after scoring six goals and providing 12 assists last season ([TransferMarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/adama-traore/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/204103/plus/0?saison=2019&verein=&liga=&wettbewerb=&pos=&trainer_id=)).
