# Wolves: Fans rage over Adama Traore transfer update

**Many Wolves fans have been left raging as a transfer update emerged on Adama Traore.**

As per [Sky Sports](https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/12386606/tanguy-ndombele-bayern-munich-keen-on-swap-deal-for-midfielder-spurs-want-adama-traore), the Spain international has emerged as a potential option for Tottenham Hotspur to sign on loan for the rest of the 2021/22 season.

It would be very strange if the Midlands club were to let [one of their best players](https://www.whoscored.com/Teams/161/Archive/England-Wolverhampton-Wanderers) go out on loan, especially to a Premier League rival, considering that Traore’s market value is currently £27m according to [Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/adama-traore/profil/spieler/204103).

Granted, he did not have the best of seasons last year by his standards, but in 2019/20 he scored six goals and supplied a further 12 assists in 54 matches across all competitions ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/adama-traore/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/204103/plus/0?saison=&verein=543&liga=&wettbewerb=&pos=&trainer_id=)), and he still poses a threat whenever he runs forward.
