![Aaron Ramsey](https://cdn.footballtransfertavern.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Aaron-Ramsey-3-150x150.jpg)Just a fortnight of this spectacular Premier League season remains, and the awards have started being dished out already.

Luis Suarez picked up the PFA Player of the Year award last night after a season that his seen him fire 30 Premier League goals, and Liverpool to the top of the Premier League table.

Eden Hazard meanwhile collected the PFA Young Player of the Year award, after firing 17 goals in 48 appearances for Chelsea this term.

But in what has been truly an unforgettable season for so many teams and individual players, who amongst those should feel unfortunate to miss out on the top awards?

Plenty of players have improved immensely this season, with no shortage of British players in that list.

So here, the Football Transfer Tavern has taken a look at the eleven most improved Premier League players this season.
