# Arsenal: Fans hit out at Mesut Ozil after statistics emerge

**Arsenal fans have been hitting out at Mesut Ozil after a graphic showing the Germany international’s attacking contribution since he signed his new contract at the club emerged.**

However, under, Arteta, the mood has changed completely and the attacking midfielder has featured in [every single one of the fixtures](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/mesut-ozil/leistungsdaten/spieler/35664) under the former Manchester City assistant coach.
