Arsenal forward Alexandre Lacazette has now been at the club for three years, joining on this week in 2017, and he is reminiscing over signing for the Gunners in his latest Instagram post.

The French international posted a picture of him celebrating a goal accompanied by the caption “3 years since I joined Arsenal and I’ve enjoyed every single day of it. Thanks to my teammates, all the staff and fans for all your support”

Since signing from Lyon, the striker has played 120 games and scored 46 goals whilst registering 22 assists, per Transfermarkt, a solid return of goal involvements. He scored his first goal since the Premier League’s return in the 2-0 victory against Wolves at the weekend and Mikel Arteta will be hoping that he continues this good form in tonight’s game against Leicester City.

The Arsenal manager recently said that the club are hoping to discuss the player’s contract with a view to him staying.  There have been various reports suggesting that Juventus, Atletico Madrid, and Inter Milan are interested in Lacazette, but his post on Instagram possibly hints that Lacazette will be happy to stay in the summer, which should please Gunners fans greatly.
