With many rumours suggesting that Arsenal goalkeeper Bernd Leno could be out for a year after he was carried off against Brighton, the latest news from the club and his Instagram post should give Arsenal supporters a boost.
Many would have been worried about the length of the injury, but the positive news is that he sustained only a moderate ligament sprain during the match and he will be aiming to return to full training in four to six weeks.
A lot of the Arsenal fan base have been flooding to social media to wish the goalkeeper a speedy recovery and emphasise how much he will be missed on the pitch whilst he is on the sidelines.
