Many Arsenal fans have ben left to rue some early team news coming from David Ornstein before their trip to Sheffield United in the Premier League this evening.

Writing in his latest piece for The Athletic, the journalist has confirmed that top scorer Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will miss the game because of flu, while the highly-rated Emile Smith Rowe has been ruled out with an ankle injury.

Coming off the back of two very disappointing results against both Liverpool and Slavia Prague respectively, this is the last thing Mikel Arteta needed, as the Gunners will be hoping to get back to winning ways in order to give them some much-needed confidence ahead of their trip to Prague for the second leg of the Europa League quarter-final on Thursday night.
