Rumours have escalated surrounding Arsenal’s Hector Bellerin, and it seems like he could be one of the players to leave the club as he is reportedly not happy at the North London side. However what seems to be certain is the fact that one club have pulled out of signing the player.
According to the Sky Sports Germany, via The Daily Mail, Bellerin is desperate to leave Arsenal, and one of the teams that were interested in him were Bayern Munich. However after seeing some of his recent defending, they have decided against signing the player.
Apparently the Bundesliga giants are not keen, even with the player available for around £20 million. But Bellerin will look elsewhere as he is ‘unsatisfied’ following another disappointing season in North London.
Bellerin was back in the side when football returned but after some poor performances from him, Mikel Arteta has started to use Cedric Soares in the right-back position after he recovered from an injury which previously prevented him from being available.
It seems these performances have not gone unnoticed and when a club like Bayern are removing their interest in a full-back due to them not believing he is good enough at defending, then maybe the Spaniard needs to improve more at Arsenal if he wants to leave.
Many supporters have been criticising the player, and if his head is not in the right place, then Mikel Arteta should look to move him on as he does not want players who are not interested in the club.
It will be interesting to see if Arteta selects Cedric at right-back over Bellerin for the last few games and if he does, the club can see if they can still cope without him.
