# Arsenal: Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang posts defiant message on Instagram

**Arsenal are are undefeated in their [last five games](https://www.skysports.com/arsenal-results) in all competitions, with four wins and a draw reigniting their European challenge and seeing them reach the semi-finals of the FA Cup.**

This has seen them move to within five points of Manchester United in fifth, per [BBC Sport](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/table), and the Emirates Stadium faithful could have renewed optimism about the concluding weeks of the season.

There was certainly a positive mood stemming from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, judging by an [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/p/CCW1ARZHhdo/) post from the Gunners striker  which hints at good morale under Mikel Arteta at the moment.

The Gabon international, who netted his [20th league goal of the season](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/pierre-emerick-aubameyang/leistungsdaten/spieler/58864) in Tuesday’s 1-1 draw against Leicester, posted an image of him prior to the game with the caption: “That’s the feeling!!! But we don’t give up!!!”

The reference to not giving up should please Arsenal supporters massively as it shows a defiance and determination from Aubameyang and his team-mates to finish the season strongly.

It is refreshing to hear this from Aubameyang in the context of continuing [transfer reports](https://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/pierre-emerick-aubameyangs-arsenal-future-22312588) linking him with a move elsewhere, but the post suggests that he  is very focused on life with the Gunners.
