# Arsenal star’s Emirates Stadium future far from certain

[![arteta](https://cdn.footballtransfertavern.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/arteta-500x340.jpg)](https://cdn.footballtransfertavern.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/arteta.jpg)Arsenal fans are looking excited ahead of the FA Cup Final and want to hear the claim from the [Daily Mirror](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/arsenal-fa-cup-finalist-arteta-3547076) over a pint in the Football Transfer Tavern.

The publication have claimed that Gunners midfielder Mikel Arteta is not sure of his future at the club – and claims that a new deal being offered to him is far from a certainty.

The Gunners star spoke ahead of the game against Hull City this weekend and noted: “I don’t know what is going to happen.

“With players over 30 they have a policy and I don’t know if they plan to  change it or maintain it. Depending on what their mind is, I will give them my  opinion and how I see it.

“Yes, (we’ll talk) this summer and see what they want to do. I’m relaxed  because I am only going to stay here or wherever if they really want me to stay  and I feel productive.”

As one of our regulars note, the Spaniard has been far from a fan’s darling this season and has come under scrutiny for going missing in big games for Arsene Wenger’s side this term.

### **Arsenal fans. Would you be that upset if the club parted company with Mikel Arteta this summer? Let us know your thoughts below.**
