# Aston Villa: Fans react to great update on Jack Grealish

**Many fans are reacting to the latest news on star player Jack Grealish as reports suggest he is happy to stay at Aston Villa for the foreseeable future.**

According to [Ashley Preece](https://twitter.com/PreeceObserver) and tweeted out by [@villareport](https://twitter.com/villareport/status/1341750875098902530?s=20), There is absolutely no chance Jack Grealish will leave Aston Villa this season or next given the club’s formidable form this term.

Grealish has been [‘phenomenal](https://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2020/11/09/couldnt-cope-andy-gray-claims-arsenal-couldnt-handle-phenomenal-aston-villa-player/)‘ this campaign, lighting up the English top flight for Villa, who could go second in the division if they win their games in hand ([SofaScore](https://www.sofascore.com/tournament/football/england/premier-league/17)).

The Englishman has scored five goals and picked up six assists in the Premier League ([WhoScored)](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/113069/Show/Jack-Grealish). He has also managed, on average, 3.1 shots, 3.6 key passes and 3.1 successful dribbles a game.

This news has obviously excited most of the fan base, and it really shows how far Villa have come in the last couple of season. Grealish is Villa through and through, so he has a great connection with fans and they could truly be in for a magical season with the playmaker at his best.
