The Belgian forward is all but set to leave Villa Park this summer, with Liverpool and Chelsea both vying for the signature of the highly-rated 24-year-old striker.

As our landlord here in the Transfer Tavern quips, Benteke is undoubtedly full of potential and a move to a top four Premier League team would not be a surprise in the slightest.

A large group of Spurs fans over by the dartboard here in the Tavern feel this would be a huge blow to the side if they were to lose Benteke, with most feeling that Adebayor would not be an adequate replacement.
