Aston Villa: Fans react as West Brom pip Villa to the signing of Grady Diangana

Many Aston Villa fans have reacted to a transfer development that has seen West Bromwich Albion seemingly pip Dean Smith to the signing of Grady Diangana.
With the new Premier League season fast approaching, the Villa boss could look to improve his squad options after fighting off the threat of relegation last term.
One area which could see some new additions is in attack with the likes of Keinan Davis, Mbwana Samatta and Wesley having all struggled to find consistent form last term.
Transfer gossip continues to surround Villa Park with Brentford striker Ollie Watkins and Werder Bremen attacker Milot Rashica linked.
One player who has also been linked is West Ham United attacker Diangana, who spent last term on loan with newly promoted Premier League side West Brom.
Despite Villa’s reported interest, a latest claim has now said that the Baggies have beaten their Midlands rivals to a deal.
Several Villa fans have reacted to this update, with some refusing the believe that the club were actually interested whilst one suggested they should now move “on to Benrahma” – the Brentford man has been linked with a switch to the Villans…
Not true we have never been interested because if we had he would sign for us no debate.
