Aston Villa: Villas-Boas claim excites fans
A lot of Aston Villa fans have flocked to a tweet from Villa news Twitter account @villareport which shares comments from Marseille manager Andre Villas-Boas.
As explained in this tweet, the Portuguese coach revealed that interest exists from English clubs in Les Olympiens’ French midfielder Morgan Sanson on Saturday, following his side’s 2-1 loss to Nimes.
He said: “He is a boy who interests English teams because of his characteristics, and it is possible that something could happen.”
This may indicate that the Ligue 1 side is open to selling the £18m-rated man, who has been linked with a move to the Birmingham club, as well as some of their Premier League rivals.
