Aston Villa: Fans react as Mbwana Samatta expected to sign Fenerbahce deal

Many Aston Villa fans have reacted to a report claiming that Mbwana Samatta is off to Turkish club Fenerbahce.
Villa manager Dean Smith saw Keinan Davis, Wesley and Samatta all struggle for consistent form last season and a fresh face has been signed in Ollie Watkins from Brentford.
Despite arriving in January for £9.45m, the 27-year-old’s future at Villa Park now looks over, with the Midlands club opting to bring in the talented Watkins, who netted 26 goals in the Championship last term.
Following Watkins’ arrival, Villa have also added Bertrand Traore, with his £17m move from Lyon being confirmed by the club over the weekend.
Samatta scored just one Premier League goal during the back end of the season and it has now emerged that he could be set for a move to Turkey, with a report from A Spor claiming that he will arrive in Istanbul to sign terms with Fenerbahce later this week.
Reacting to this news, these Villa fans gave their opinions via the @villareport Twitter channel:
Hope they have parks in turkey where he can play one bounce
