# Barcelona: Fans would like to see Ronald Koeman in charge at the Camp Nou

**Some Barcelona fans are desperately crying out for a [change of manager](https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/1028215/Barcelona-news-VALVERDE-OUT-Barca-fans-want-manager-axed-after-Valencia-draw).**

Disappointing performances and poor results are becoming a running theme for the Catalans this season amid losses to the likes of Levante and Granada, which is obviously extremely different to what has gone for years before.

On Saturday, the club fell to their third league defeat of the campaign and we are only in November. To put that into perspective, that is the same amount of games the Blaugrana lost [ALL season](https://www.google.com/search?q=la+liga+table+18%2F19&oq=la+liga+table+18&aqs=chrome.1.69i57j0l5.2619j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#sie=lg;/g/11f57gslw8;2;/m/09gqx;st;fp;1;;) last time out as they won La Liga at a canter.

There is seemingly a feeling among Barca fans that a [change](https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/1028215/Barcelona-news-VALVERDE-OUT-Barca-fans-want-manager-axed-after-Valencia-draw) in the dugout is required, with current Netherlands boss Ronaldo Koeman mentioned as a potential suitor.

The Dutchman, an ex-player of Barcelona, has a [clause (via the Daily Mail)](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-7593437/Ronald-Koeman-clause-Holland-contract-lets-leave-Euros-Barcelona-want-him.html) in his current contract which would allow him to leave his position as national team boss after Euro 2020, but only to Barcelona.

“I’m not leaving now, 100%. After the Euro’s there will be an evaluation moment. I will then have the opportunity to leave for one club, only one club is in the clause and that’s Barcelona,” said Koeman (via [Fox Sports News](https://www.foxsports.com.my/football/euro-2020/117303/ronald-koeman-puts-barcelona-dream-on-hold-until-after-euro-2020/)).
