# ‘Becoming ridiculous’, ‘Not gonna see him again’ – Liverpool fans fume on Twitter at latest problem

**Today in the Transfer Tavern, the Liverpool fans propping up our bar cannot believe their own rotten luck.**

Indeed, our resident Reds are gutted to hear [reports](https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11669/11124636/sadio-mane-returns-to-liverpool-after-aggravating-injury-with-senegal) suggesting Sadio Mane has once AGAIN been injured on international duty with Senegal ahead of the Premier League return this weekend. As you can imagine, our local Kopites are loudly venting their frustration.

The 24-year-old has already missed around a month after picking up a hamstring problem in October, so the idea of seeing him once again ruled out is really rather annoying to those on Merseyside. He’s [thought](https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11669/11124636/sadio-mane-returns-to-liverpool-after-aggravating-injury-with-senegal) to have aggravated his ailment and has been allowed to return to Melwood for treatment, as Liverpool prepare for the visit of Southampton on Saturday afternoon.

Obviously, another injury was always likely to spark quite the reaction online, so here’s a look at how Liverpool fans vented their frustration on Twitter at the idea of another Mane injury.

> Let's all agree [#LFC](https://twitter.com/hashtag/LFC?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw) fan that our beloved Reds should ban Mane from intl duty with Senegal until WC18. This is becoming ridiculous.
