# Bid made: Tottenham swoop to sign impressive Danish talent

![pochettino9](https://cdn.footballtransfertavern.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/pochettino9-500x323.jpg?admin)The Transfer Tavern is already filled with Tottenham Hotspur fans today as they warm-up with a hot meal followed by a few pre-match pints in preparation for their Group J Europa League clash against Anderlecht at White Hart Lane.

However, it isn’t only the upcoming fixture that is the topic of conversation but rumours of landing a potential starlet have emerged.

[Reports from the Metro are suggesting that Spurs are eyeing up the signing of one of Denmark’s hottest prospects in the shape of Brondby youngster, Armend Aslani.](https://metro.co.uk/2015/09/28/tottenham-approach-brondby-over-armend-aslani-transfer-deal-report-5410449/)

It is understood that Aslani has caught the eye of Spurs and they have approached Brondby chiefs about a deal, with the club hopeful of a transfer going through.

The 17-year-old has already impressed and gained several admirers but Tottenham are especially keen to secure the services of Aslani who is described as a left-sided forward but his versatility allows him to play on the wing as well.

If the deal is to go through, it is expected to cost a sum of approximately £345,000 which, considering the money being thrown about in football in the modern day, could be an amazing deal depending on how good Aslani can become.

Spurs fans, how big a player could Armend Aslani be in the future and is he worth a gamble at the age of only 17? Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments section below!
