# Celtic: Fans fall further in love with Moussa Dembele after forward takes aim at Old Firm rivals

**Celtic fans have been piling the praise on Moussa Dembele after the Frenchman took aim at their Old Firm rivals on Twitter.**

The club asked supporters took pick their best memories from the Glasgow derby after listing four options, however, [the France youth international](https://twitter.com/MDembele_10/status/1239152925257187329) listed more choices claiming there were ‘too many’ to choose from. During his time at Celtic Park, the centre-forward enjoyed an incredible record against the Ibrox outfit, winning seven and drawing two of the nine fixtures he played against the side [(via Transfermarkt)](https://twitter.com/MDembele_10/status/1239152925257187329).

Dembele [scored seven goals, assisted a further four](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/moussa-dembele/bilanz/spieler/229004) and even scored a hat-trick in his very first outing against the fierce rivals during the 2016/2017 season. Sunday was supposed to be Old Firm day in Glasgow, however, the recent outbreak of disease saw the game get postponed. Supporters were falling head over heels for the £45m-rated, [as per Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/moussa-dembele/leistungsdaten/spieler/229004), centre-forward, who left for Olympique Lyonnais back in 2018.
