### The Verdict: Sign

Should Odsonne Edouard get the Celtic Park exit he has been [working](https://www.givemesport.com/1725151-exclusive-odsonne-edouard-still-working-on-celtic-exit-after-leicester-transfer-snub) on, a replacement will be needed and Giakoumakis could be an ideal candidate.

He’s just come off the [most productive](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/georgios-giakoumakis/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/234850) season in front of goal of his career and appears to be in his prime at 26.

A £2.5m fee could also prove to be a shrewd piece of business, especially as his [Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/georgios-giakoumakis/marktwertverlauf/spieler/234850) valuation has skyrocketed over the past six months.
