# Celtic: Fans love image posted by Leigh Griffiths on Twitter

**Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths has posted a picture on [Twitter](https://twitter.com/Leighgriff09/status/1263048142582398986?s=20) of him with the league title, and a lot of Hoops fans are praising the forward for his contributions this season.**

The Bhoys were awarded their ninth title in a row, via [STV News](https://news.stv.tv/sport/celtic-champions-and-hearts-relegated-as-premiership-ends?top), and before this campaign, Griffiths has been a part of the last six league title wins, whilst also winning six domestic cups along the way, via [Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/leigh-griffiths/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/45611/verein/371).

It is clear to see by all that he has been crucial to their success as he has picked up 115 goals and 49 assists in 234 appearances, per [Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/leigh-griffiths/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/45611/verein/371). It was being questioned whether he could keep his tally as good this campaign, but he has answered the critics by scoring nine league goals in 21 appearances.

With fellow striker Odsonne Edouard, who has scored 21 goals in 27 league games, per [Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/odsonne-edouard/profil/spieler/344152), also up front for the Hoops, they truly are such a threat to opposition defenders and it will be interesting if they can keep up their impressive tallies if they get past the Champions League qualifiers next season.

Here is what fans had to say following the tweet:
