# Celtic: Club posts Neil Lennon’s historic achievement on Instagram

**Celtic are currently in party mode as they celebrate their ninth title in a row that they were [awarded this week](https://www.independent.ie/sport/soccer/the-title-is-ours-and-we-deserve-it-celtic-crowned-scottish-premiership-champions-as-season-cancelled-39213428.html), and manager Neil Lennon has made history since leading the club to this title.**

The club posted pictures of the squad on Instagram holding the trophy as the title makes its way around their houses due to the Premiership being abandoned after the coronavirus pandemic.

This is a remarkable achievement for anyone to complete and it is made even sweeter that he managed to make history along with the ninth consecutive title, which is the joint-most in a row in the history of the Hoops, per [Transfermarkt.](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/celtic-glasgow/startseite/verein/371)

It surely puts Lennon as a legend of the club and fans will likely be even more eager to let him lead the Hoops as they try to win 10 league titles in a row, something that has never been done in Scottish football before, via [talkSPORT.](https://talksport.com/football/537546/celtic-vs-rangers-who-has-won-more-scottish-premiership-titles/)
