Jefferson Montero became Birmingham City’s ninth summer signing when he joined the club on loan from Swansea City on deadline day, as they confirmed.
Montero makes the move to St. Andrew’s having spent the second half of last season on loan at West Bromwich Albion.

During the first half of last campaign, Montero didn’t start any games for Swansea but came on as a substitute 12 times, getting three assists, as per WhoScored.
The winger only managed one start and three substitute appearances in a West Brom shirt, scoring one goal.
Though there will be hope that, should he avoid injuries and get some form going, he can be a real asset for the club this campaign.
