Many Bristol City fans have responded on Twitter after the club account posted a video of Dele Adebola scoring a double against Charlton Athletic.
In the 2008-09 season, Dele Adebola scored both goals for the club as they fought from a goal down to win the match 2-1.
Gary Johnson was managing Bristol City that day and now his son will be hoping he can get a similar result when they meet later tonight.
Bristol City face Charlton for the first time this season at Ashton Gate with both sides flirting outside of the play-off places. Charlton are currently seventh with 21 points while tonight’s hosts are ninth with just one point fewer.
The Robins have just come off their first loss of the season since the opening day in a torrid 3-0 loss to Luton at Kenilworth Road, so they will be hoping to make amends in front of their own fans.
