Derby: Fans react as Cocu discusses long-term vision

Derby County have some good tests coming up in the next few games that will give them an idea of what they might be able to achieve this season.
The first third of the Sky Bet Championship campaign is up and the Rams have perhaps not performed as well as they would have liked.
Large change in the summer both player and coaching-wise and a few off-field issues during the season have likely played their part, but at times the Rams have looked capable of getting results.
This weekend, they take on Preston before games against Fulham and QPR and with that trio all in the top half, the results Phillip Cocu’s men earn should give them an idea of where they are at.
The Dutchman is under no illusion that things are going to take time, though, and he has said as much via the club’s official Twitter account:
•Planning a long-term vision 🧠
•Implementing a model 🗣️
•Building for the future 💪An in-depth interview with manager Phillip Cocu regarding the club’s footballing vision…

Naturally, this has got fans of the club talking so let’s take a look at the best of what has been said in response:

If, as fans, we can get over our "short-termism" (I suffer with this too), then I believe Philip Cocu can build something special at our club. We just have to show a little patience!
