Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern are certainly not happy with Charlie Taylor at the moment and you can understand why that is the case.
The Whites have had a pretty good season but it will naturally be looked back on as a year of what could have been in terms of finishing in the play-off places.
Indeed, the men from Elland Road will feel they should be preparing for the play-offs right now but instead they are going to have to watch on.
The squad, though, should be hungry to improve on that for next season but it appears as though Charlie Taylor will not be a part of things.
The defender refused to play against Wigan on the final day and now – according to Phil Hay on Twitter – the men from Elland Road could see him move to West Brom pretty soon.
Here, then, is the best of the reaction to that news:
West Brom trying to get a deal with Taylor/Leeds done quickly. Fee expected to be somewhere between £3m and £5m. #lufc

@PhilHayYEP Bite their hands off for that. He’s shown his true colours.

@PhilHayYEP 5 million then spend it on Bartley!

@PhilHayYEP Would have thought closer to £6m. What do you reckon we’d get at tribunal?

@PhilHayYEP 3-5 million would be great IMO. Justifies us not selling him until his contract is up

@PhilHayYEP I’d snap their arm off for £1m!! Get him gone asap! MOT
