Leeds United currently find themselves three points clear of Norwich City at the top of the table, with a six point cushion over Sheffield United in third position.
The Whites are in the perfect position to achieve promotion to the Premier League in the current campaign, having reached new heights under Marcelo Bielsa.
However, the month of February could turn out to be their biggest yet, with Norwich and Middlesbrough to come in their next two Championship fixtures. So, the Championship table could soon look a whole lot different.
With that being said, here is the dream February for Leeds United…
JACK CLARKE REACHES NEW HEIGHTS
Jack Clarke attracted interest from the Premier League during the January transfer window, but Leeds United managed to hold onto him in the end, which will come as a huge boost for supporters.
The Englishman has the potential to become a star in the future and he has already started to impress in recent times at Elland Road, so Leeds will be happy to have him at their disposal as they chase down promotion.
Indeed, the youngster has already produced a number of goals or assists this season, but he still has a couple of gears to go up. So, Leeds could soon have the icing on their promotion cake if Clarke manages to reach new heights.
STEER CLEAR OF NORWICH AT THE TOP
Leeds United will welcome Norwich City to Elland Road this lunchtime in what will be arguably the biggest game in their season, with a win taking them six points clear at the top.
The Whites’ promotion hopes are currently in their own hands but the Championship can be unpredictable at times, so steering clear of the trailing pack could prove crucial as they haven’t always been able to ensure consistency.
Indeed, three points at Elland Road would send them well on their way.
