Leeds are still in good shape to arrive in the Premier League next season as Marcelo Bielsa has started to get the best out of his team once again.
After a brief dip in form and controversy surrounding the club, Leeds have got back to their best on the pitch and look a far better team already.
The New Year will hopefully be the time where Leeds manage to complete their long-awaited return into the Premier League.
As a squad, they certainly need some reinforcements to help them towards the top flight, with plenty of games still to play.
Fulham’s Floyd Ayite could be a great option for Leeds, considering he is more than capable of playing in a number of forward roles.
Ayite, (who is valued at £2.2 million on Transfermarkt) could be the difference for Leeds come the end of the season.
He isn’t the best player in the world but a hard-worker he certainly is, as well as being very versatile so that Leeds could make room for him in a number of different positions.
His contract with Fulham is up at the end of the season, which may signify the end for the Togo international, given that he hasn’t started a single game in the Premier League this season.
Fulham haven’t made use of the versatile winger but Leeds certainly could do, especially as he can also play up-front.
That is a position of need right now for the Peacocks and with Ayite sure to be on a cheap deal, their squad could be strengthened well.
He was a useful asset in guiding Fulham to promotion last season, what’s stopping him doing the same with Leeds this time around?
