Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern are really looking forward to seeing how their club builds on their opening weekend win against Bolton from yesterday afternoon.
The Whites were the better side as they ran out 3-2 winners and now the plan is surely to try and get some early momentum going as they aim for Premier League promotion.
For sure, though, they could have done without the double injuries to Gaetano Berardi and Matthew Pennington yesterday – but a move has been made to try and negate that already.
Indeed, the club has announced today that young defender Cameron Borthwick-Jackson has arrived on loan from Manchester United for the season.
For sure, then, the club will be eager to see him begin to realise his potential at the club and whilst we wait to see how that goes, here is the best of the reaction to the deal on Twitter:
