Leeds United fans in the Transfer Tavern will be hoping they can keep their best players at the club in the summer, however, they may face some tough competition to keep one of their mainstays with the team.
According to Ed Aarons, who is the deputy news editor for the Guardian, Pontus Jansson is one of the stars the Whites may endured a struggle to keep this summer. He has stated that the Championship defender has been attracting interest from West Ham United.

The Sweden international has stated his happiness at Elland Road in the past week, mentioning he sees himself at the club at the beginning of next season, however, a possible move to the Premier League could be a move too hard to turn down.
The defender has become a fan favourite with the Whites punters and has been a key performer for their side in the two seasons he has been at the Yorkshire outfit. He has recently signed a long-term contract, which could help to keep him as it will remain to be seen how much West Ham would be prepared to pay for him.
As you can imagine, the idea of him leaving would only gut our local Yorkshiremen.
The Leeds fans in the Tavern will be concerned that one of their stars could leave Elland Road in the summer and will be hoping officials at the club can convince him to stay and help them achieve their own aims of playing Premier League football.
Still, not all too many would blame him if he did depart, especially if he has a good World Cup.
