Many Leeds United fans have been debating the ability of Samu Saiz in a question via social media platform Twitter.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side sit top of the Championship table as things stand and look well set for promotion to the Premier League. While waiting on a decision in regards to the resumption of the season due to the coronavirus pandemic, some fans have been engaging with one another through various social media debates about the club.
A recent one involving former striker Saiz has emerged, with many discussing the Spanish striker’s time at the Whites.
Should Patrick Bamford be Leeds United's striker next season?
Yes, give him a chance
No, he is not good enough
Saiz arrived at Elland Road in 2017 from Spanish Segunda Division club Huesca, having spent the majority of his career with a number of lower division Spanish sides. The former Real Madrid academy youngster had two seasons with the Yorkshire club, netting 10 goals in 58 appearances. Since leaving Leeds, the 29-year-old has scored just once in 22 games for Catalan side Girona.

A massive wasted opportunity for him, which could become the biggest regret of his career.
A great shame for LUFC too, as his potential contribution last season could have seen us promoted at the expense of one of the other 3 teams.

Potentially superb and did some great things in a short time. But petulant, a short fuse and couldn’t control his temper. For me the spitting incident was the first thing that unfortunately came to mind.
