Leeds fans will still be buzzing off of their incredible midweek win last night, yet they’ll already be casting one eye forward to what could be a season-defining game against Sheffield United at Elland Road. A win would go a long way towards automatic promotion, and the Whites are calling for Jack Clarke to return for the important clash.
Bielsa yet to decide whether Jack Clarke will be involved on Saturday. Played for the U23s yesterday. U23s have a cup game on Thursday. #lufc

After yesterday’s 3-0 win on the road, Marcelo Bielsa claimed that he was yet to decide whether or not Jack Clarke is to be involved on Saturday. The 18-year-old winger hasn’t featured in a Leeds United matchday squad with the senior side since the debacle at The Riverside where he fell in and was rushed to hospital in the second half having been hooked at half-time.
The young winger is still a quality player, though, and the fans will be counting down the days until he’s back out in the famous white of Leeds United. Bielsa really has thrown the youngster a line this season, and with two goals and two assists in his 16 Championship outings, he’s been repaying the faith that the manager has put in him. That faith would be all but repaid too if the teenager bags a memorable winner off the bench should he be included in the matchday squad for the Sheffield United clash.
The fans are desperate for Clarke to make the bench for Saturday and you can read their calls for him here:
Got to have him as an option I think

Has to be on the bench you would hope for an attacking option. He doesn’t fancy Brown as an option and the rest are defenders. Most the changes are just moving around the starting 11 about into more advanced position(s).

Got to be on the bench he’s a match winnner and we may need him to change the game

Invaluable as an option on the bench.

Has to be on the bench for me. A bit of something different. Just in case
