Leeds have revived their poor patch of form to return to the helm of the Championship.
Marcelo Bielsa has once again masterminded a string of impressive performances from the Peacocks and that leads many to believe that the bid to make a Premier League return is well and truly on.
In midfield it could be seen that they would be bettered with a more talented central-midifelder partner next to Mateusz Klich.
To do so, it seems that Leeds still require another player of quality and that could be provided should they put in an unrefusable offer for Huddersfield’s Philip Billing.
Billing, who is valued at £5.4 million on Transfermarkt, is a player that would thrive in a Leeds team, considering the ability he has shown in a Terriers shirt.
The towering 6″6 midfielder is a very good player in the air as expected but equally if not more so, his ability to play the ball around on the floor is brilliant for such a big man. It may take a lot for the Danish midfielder to move down to the Championship but considering how well Leeds are playing and what he could also bring to the club, it may just be a short six months before he is back in the top flight.
He has played in every single Premier League game for Huddersfield this season and continues to be the man who looks to get the Terriers playing, alongside Aaron Mooy.
Leeds do have a number of players that could play in the heart of midfield but none with the talent that 22-year-old Philip Billing possesses, which could ultimately be the difference between promotion or not.
