Leeds make classy move with one eye on the future

Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern are very excited about what the future is going to hold and you can certainly understand why that is the case at the moment.

The men from Elland Road have had a fine season to look back on and though they didn’t reach the play-offs thy will have seen plenty of signs to suggest that they are going to get promoted next year.

Of course, that will take hard work but the future of the club does look more promising than it has for some time and our landlord certainly believes the club is in the right hands with the likes of Andrea Radrizzani around.

Certainly, that appears to be the case with The Yorkshire Evening Post reporting that the club is going to make the classy move of using any money not re-claimed from the season-ticket refund initiative towards the academy.

Clearly, that underlines the intention of the club to really try and improve in all areas and now the fans will be hoping to see results on the pitch improve further because of it.
