Responding to a heartfelt message from Leeds United defender Stuart Dallas, plenty of Whites fans have heaped praise on the player following his video plea to supporters – imploring them to stay at home and avoid infection.
Dallas, who has started 37 Championship games this campaign, debatably in the conversation for one of Marcelo Bielsa’s players of the season, cannot continue his fine form at this moment in time due to football’s suspension until April 30th at the earliest date.
The Northern Irishman, who has averaged more tackles than any other Leeds defender this season (WhoScored), has since issued a plea on Twitter – urging supporters to stay at home and avoid house parties for the time being. Despite being warned to self-isolate by the government, especially those more vulnerable, there are British citizens who may not be taking the necessary precautions.
Do Leeds need to overhaul their squad for Premier League football?
