Leeds United: Fans applaud Whites players taking part for the EFL day of action

Responding to footage uploaded by Leeds United’s official Twitter account, many Whites supporters have been worshipping the squad following their involvement as part of the EFL day of action – lauding the ‘class‘ gesture and ‘top work‘ from their club.
As part of the EFL’s day of action, an array of Leeds players took part in raising awareness for health, well being and inclusion across community sport – with star names like Kalvin Phillips going down to meet sports teams of all ages, genders and disabilities to promote diversity through football.
The Leeds United foundation played a heavy part in the afternoon, delivering a number of different sessions throughout the day – with the Premier League kicks, Every Player Counts and FIT Fan projects also involved in the proceedings. Responding to a montage of the afternoon released by the club, showcasing certain players taking part as well, many supporters have gushed over the sentiment from their team.
